SMOKING CESSATION WORKSHOP FOR DENTISTS
BY THE NICOTINE ADDICTION RESEARCH & COLLABORATING CENTER (NARCC)
NARCC is a collaborating center to fight against nicotine addiction and provides knowledge to health professionals to help their clients to quit tobacco use. This workshop is aimed at empowering dental practitioners who are interested and willing to make a difference in helping individual clients to stop smoking. The workshop is designed to be interactive. For the first time, interactive pads in small group sessions to facilitate direct contact with facilitators will be used. The program will enable participants first hand information and assistance should they wish to start programs of their own on completion of this workshop. Continued assistance will be provided for those interested to conduct their own programs in their centers.
Registration fee: RM50 only by 29th July
RM 65 by 30th July-4th August
On-site registration fee: RM 80
